• Provision of 3-10 permanent, supervised garden    workers, depending on size of complex, working from 8am and 4pm daily, 5 days a week 
• Weekly mowing and trimming of lawns and edges in communal AND private gardens 
• Weekly turning beds in communal AND private gardens
• Weekly cleaning all refuse bins with detergent provided they are emptied before 2pm on dustbin day, and replacing them back at the units
• Weekly watering all communal gardens
• Weekly washing first and second floor walkways, stairs and railings with detergent
• Weekly annihilation of weeds and ants from all paved surfaces
• Weekly sweeping all paved areas
• Removal of rubbish other than garden refuse (excluding household waste)
• Changing faulty communal and external light bulbs
• Removal of grass and other communal garden refuse
• Planting plants supplied by the body corporate or HOA, in communal areas
• Pruning of hedges, shrubs and smaller trees in communal areas
• General maintenance i.e. cleaning the gutters, cleaning of garage doors etc.
